Chris Bosh and his baby mama drama…

I must say that any guy that doesn’t want to pay child support for their child is a douche bag, but is this really the case?  For quite some time now, 2012 NBA Champion, Chris Bosh and the mother of his 3 year old daughter, Allison Mathis have been going back and forth about this child support ordeal, but what most people don’t know is that the $2,600 dollars is an extra part of income that Mathis is asking for. He actually pays for daycare, extra activities, transportation services, etc.

Fast Forward…

According to Necolebitchie.com, Chris Bosh not only has moves on the court but he has moves off of the court as well. Chris Bosh has claimed residency in TX, where he has a home for $73,000, unlike the one in FL where his home is worth $12 million.

Necolebitchie reports:

Recently, Chris Bosh filed legal documents in Orlando claiming that his current state of residence is not Florida (where he shares a $12 million dollar home with his wife Adrienne Bosh) but in Dallas, TX where he has a home worth about $73000 bucks. How does this affect Allison? If the judge overlooking their child support case declared Florida as his current state of residency instead of Texas, she would be entitled to 3% of his income (after taxes) which is around $30,000 a month.

This means that if the judge takes his residence claim into account, he will not have to pay more than $2,600. If the judge doesn’t, he will have to pay around $30,000 a month.

Allison Mathis, revealed months ago that she had been laid off and that the $2,600 wasn’t enough to pay her mortgage, so she had to file for food stamps. If he technically pays for preschool expenses, supplies, school extracurricular and developmental activities fees, why does she need additional money?  Bosh gave Mathis $250,000 in 2010 and he has a college fund set up for his daughter, according to his legal team, and Mathis didn’t manage the $250,000 properly.

This is a mess. All of this foolery…smdh. Someone needs to get it together…
